Refund policy

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened, used, or unsealed items

We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the safety and quality of our products.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging (if applicable)

Email our team at info@glassskinrituals.com with your order number and photos, and we'll respond within 2–3 business days.


Shipping Costs

  • If your replacement request is approved, we will cover the shipping costs to send a new product.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct before finalising your order. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
  • Shipping delays caused by customs, postal services, or external factors are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damages.
