Our Commitment
At Glass Skin Rituals, your satisfaction is our priority. We work with premium Korean suppliers to deliver top-quality Korean skincare products, carefully packed and shipped directly from Korea to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
We accept 7-day returns if the items are incorrect or defective. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Opened, used, or unsealed items
We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the safety and quality of our products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will refund your order or send replacement free of charge. To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 3 days after delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We need a photo of the attached shipping waybill, a photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill attached, and photo(s) of all product(s) in question. Please do not throw away your original waybills and boxes as they are needed upon return.
- Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Email our team at info@glassskinrituals.com with your order number and photos, and we'll respond within 2–3 business days.
Return Costs
- If your return request is approved, we will cover the shipping costs to send replacement.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping information is correct before finalising your order. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
- Shipping delays caused by customs, postal services, or external factors are unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damages.
